Asana complex for thyroid gland problems

Jalandhara Bandha – sit in a comfortable position with a straight spine and gently  realease your head, let your chin touch the throat well, tense the muscles there slightly, like you are going to  swallow and hold. Breathe evenly.

  2. Halasana
  3. Ustrasana
  4. Matyasana
  5. Supta Virasana
  6. Paryankasana
