Dear friends, you are invited to join a summer  yoga camp again,  21 -23  July.

Let’s spend hot summer days in a good mood in the mountains , practice yoga, go hiking  !!!

The  place is “Wild cocks” resort again,  located at the foot of Malyovishki circus,  7 km away from Govedartsi village .

The program of the camp will be various, so a detailed list of the activities can be found on the spot.
Here are  only the main ideas.
First trip,  Monday , July 25, trip to Ferdinandovi trails. Wednesday , July 27, trip to the Ivan Vazov rest house. Friday , July 30,  trip to Urdini Lakes.
There are guides for the trips.

The camp starts on July 23, if someone checks in  early and  would like to have lunch, please note that !
4 p.m. – yoga for children.  5 – 6.30 p. m. –  practice, dinner,  songs  in front of a campfire and at 9 p.m. night practice starts,  including Pranayama, balance, set the most essential questions about life, meditation, Kirtan.
End of the camp – July 31.

There will be guests and topics from yoga and practices , they can be found  in the schedule of the camp.
